Modify or Cancel an Existing Booking

If you have already made a booking and you are not a registered Europcar customer, you can modify or cancel your bookings made online. For other bookings, please contact our Customer Service team


To pay an invoice, click here. You can print a copy of your invoice for any booking made within the past 6 months. This service is valid for rentals that took place in Belgium, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, France, Germany or Switzerland. Simply complete the details below:
