Europcar Best Price Guarantee T & C’s

We do our best to guarantee the very best price on a Europcar rental by booking direct on , UK Mobile Site, and the UK Android and iOS apps. Provided that you can fulfil all the Terms and Conditions listed below, if you can find the same Europcar rental cheaper on a third party site, we will match it!
Terms and Conditions
1 The Best Price Guarantee only applies:
a. to vehicle reservations for pick up in the UK that you have made using our website or the Europcar UK mobile site or the Europcar UK Android and iOS apps and which we have confirmed (your ‘Booking’);
b. to prices which are:
i. available on a third party vehicle hire website that provides immediate booking confirmation; and
ii. for a Europcar vehicle rental that is an absolute replica of your Booking; and
iii. lower than those applicable to your Booking.
c. to completed Europcar rentals that take place take place entirely in the UK.
2 The following conditions are exclusions from our Best Price Guarantee:
a. any prices available on a third party vehicle hire website that are already subject to special offers, promotions and/or contract rates; or
b. reservations in packages made alongside other products such as flights; or
c. completed Europcar rentals that take place outside of the UK.
3 If you can meet our Best Price Guarantee criteria and wish to make a claim then you should send your claim details to within 12 hours of the Booking rental taking place. Claim details must include:
a. the name of the person who made the Booking, a daytime telephone number and a return email address; and
b. the Booking reservation number (from the site, UK mobile site or UK Android and iOS apps); and
c. the web address of the third party website; and
d. a dated and timed screenshot from that the third party website showing the cheaper rate for the hire of a Europcar vehicle for the same dates and times of travel (pick up and return), exact car group requested, pick up and return locations, payment terms and product inclusions.
4 Claims are limited to a maximum of one claim per customer per one month period. The month period will start at the time you pick up a vehicle following your first claim.
5 Valid claims will be handled within 28 days of the end of the Booking rental that is subject to the Best Price Guarantee. Our decision as to the validity of any claim will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any refunds will be made via your credit card.
6 Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7 We reserve the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time by giving 24 hours’ notice which will be displayed on
8 Claims not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or which are incomplete will not be accepted. We accept no responsibility for any claims that are either not received by us or are lost for any reason. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us and we will not enter into correspondence in respect of any incomplete, invalid or lost claims.
9 This offer is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
