As part of our 'Safety Programme', and to support the ongoing focus relating to social distancing, we have introduced an additional service called Click & Collect. With this service, you no longer have to enter our rental station, simply pick up your car or van keys directly at the car park reducing the amount of people you come into contact with. One of our team members will welcome you there to safely hand over the vehicle keys and the rental agreement to you.

1) Select the location and dates for your rental using the menu above
2) Select the vehicle you would like to hire and click on 'pay now'
Due to the nature of this process, Click & Collect at UK stations is only available for car and van prepaid reservations made by UK residents.
3) Select the Click & Collect option from the list of extras available
Click & Collect is available to UK residents at every Europcar rental station in the UK (with the exception of London Paddington, London Kingston and London Victoria), and costs £5 per rental. The Click & Collect service must be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the proposed collection time and will be confirmed within 8 hours of your reservation being placed.
4) We will contact you within 24 hours of your reserved pick up time (and at least 2 hours before the requested collection time) to confirm availability and to finalise the process
Please ensure you provide us with a valid telephone number.
We will call you to verify and approve your identity in accordance with clause 2.2.1 of our terms and conditions of hire and to validate your driving licence. Once we have successfully verified your identity, your booking will be confirmed and you will be sent your booking confirmation email. We will then let you know how to proceed upon arrival at our rental station. 
If, for any reason, we are unable to confirm your request or verify your identity we will discuss alternative options with you.
5) On arrival at the rental station one of our representatives will be waiting for you at your allocated parking area to conduct a safe distance handover of your rental agreement and vehicle keys
