What does GoZen cover?

GoZen cover completely waives the customer's financial responsibility for theft and damage to the vehicle, including damage to the windscreen, mirrors, lamps and tyres.

Local standard hire terms & conditions apply. It is therefore strongly recommended to consult the relevant information either at time of booking online, via your local Europcar branch or at time of hire.

Minimum age required: You must be aged 26 or over to book GoZen.

Car category: GoZen is subject to vehicle restriction: no vans and no Prestige cars.

Local driving licence: You will need to present your full driving licence (including paper counterpart) to our customer representative, which is issued by your country of residence ,and is held for a minimum period according to local legislation or conditions. It will be requested at every hire.

Identification documents required: An identification document, such as a passport or ID card will also be required. The driving licence is not sufficient.

Means of payment: You will also need to present a valid credit card on which an authorisation is requested. Please be aware that the hirer IS the cardholder and must be physically present with the credit card used for payment in order to sign the rental agreement.
