Will I get a refund if I return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled date?
We understand that travel plans can change! You’re welcome to return your rental vehicle earlier than your scheduled return time—but here’s what you need to know:
Before Pick-Up:
- Need to make changes? You can cancel or rebook your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time—unless you booked a special offer with limited cancellation terms.
- Things to note: When rebooking, availability and prices may differ from your original reservation.
After Pick-Up:
- Returning the car early? No problem—you can bring the vehicle back sooner than planned.
- However, since your rental agreement is based on a fixed rental period:
- We’re unable to refund any unused rental days.
- Pre-paid extras or accessories (like GPS or child seats) are also non-refundable if returned early.
