Will I get a refund if I return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled date?

We understand that your travel plans may change. You are welcome to return your rental vehicle early, but please be aware of our policy regarding refunds.


1. After You Have Picked Up the Vehicle


If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date:

Refund Policy:

  • NO REFUND is given for any unused rental days.
  • Pre-paid extras or accessories (e.g., GPS, child seats, Wi-Fi) are also non-refundable if they are returned early.

Your rental agreement is based on a fixed rental period, and returning the vehicle early does not reduce the agreed-upon rental charges.


2. Before You Pick Up the Vehicle


If your plans change before you collect the car, we recommend modifying your reservation to reflect the correct dates:

  • Modify or Cancel: You can cancel or rebook your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
  • Special Offers: Note that special promotional offers may have limited or non-cancellation terms.
  • Rebooking: If you rebook for a shorter period, the price and vehicle availability may differ from your original reservation.
