How do I cancel my booking, and what are the conditions and fees?
We understand that plans change! Here is a guide to help you manage or cancel your Europcar booking.
How to Cancel Your Booking
The method for cancellation depends on where you made your original reservation:

Free Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation is free of charge if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your rate was not a non-refundable or non-changeable special offer.
- You cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Fees and Charges
Charges apply when you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up, or if you fail to show up (No-Show).

Pay on Arrival | Late Cancellation / No-Show | A cancellation or No-Show fee may be charged to the card you provided at the time of booking. You may still be liable for charges even if no card was provided. |

Non-Refundable / Non-Changeable Offers
If you booked a special promotional package explicitly marked as non-refundable or non-changeable:
- Cancellations or Changes are NOT permitted.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation or a No-Show.
