Can I modify the booking upon arrival at the rental location?

We understand that plans can change—and we’re here to help make adjustments where possible.

Before Your Pick-Up Date

  • We recommend adding all necessary options (like child seats or GPS) at the time of booking, as some items and services are subject to availability and may depend on your booking type.
  • Need to make changes later? No problem! You can request changes up to 48 hours before your scheduled vehicle pick-up to avoid any amendment fees. You can directly go on the Manage my bookings section on the website.

Changes You Can Request at the Rental Station

When you arrive to collect your vehicle, our team will do their best to assist with last-minute updates, subject to availability. You may be able to:

  • Upgrade your vehicle to a larger or more premium model
  • Add optional equipment such as GPS, Wi-Fi, or child seats
  • Include additional drivers
  • Extend your rental period
  • Change the return location, if needed

Please note: These changes may involve additional charges, including amendment fees. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on the location and time of request.

Special Booking Conditions

Some specific conditions may affect your ability to modify the booking:

  • Corporate bookings or voucher rentals: Changes may be limited by your company’s contract terms.
  • Bookings via third-party platforms: Modifications at the counter may not be possible. You’ll likely need to contact the original provider to cancel and rebook—additional fees may apply.
  • Non-refundable or non-modifiable packages: These bookings cannot be changed once confirmed.

To avoid surprises, we recommend reviewing your booking terms ahead of time. Our team will always be happy to assist you in person.
