Can I modify the booking upon arrival at the rental location?
We understand plans can change. You can make certain adjustments when you arrive at the rental station, but it is always best to make changes online in advance to avoid fees and ensure availability.

Before attempting any changes, please be aware that certain reservation types have limits on modifications:

When you arrive to collect your vehicle, our team will assist with last-minute updates, though all changes are subject to local availability and may incur additional charges/amendment fees.
You may be able to adjust the following:
- Vehicle: Upgrade to a larger or more premium model.
- Duration: Extend your rental period.
- Equipment: Add optional equipment such as GPS, Wi-Fi, or child seats.
- Drivers: Include additional drivers.
- Location: Change the return location (one-way fees may apply).
