1. Contact the Europcar Location: Immediately get in touch with the Europcar location where you picked up the vehicle. They will assist you in arranging a solution.
2. Key Replacement: Depending on the country and location, it may take between 24 and 48 hours to receive replacement keys.
3. Additional Charges: Please note that the cost of replacing lost keys is not covered by our insurance or protection plans, and an additional service charge will apply.
