How can we help you ?

What is the process when returning the vehicle?

We aim to make your vehicle return simple and stress-free. The process depends on whether the rental station is open when you drop off the car.

Step 1: Final Pre-Return Checks

Before you park the vehicle at the return location, please ensure you complete these vital checks:

  • Remove All Personal Items: We do not accept liability for personal belongings left behind. Please remove all items, including any data stored in the vehicle's infotainment system (e.g., connected phones, navigation history).
  • Fuel Check: Ensure you have met your refuelling obligation as per the rental agreement to avoid refuelling charges.
  • Documentation: Ensure all keys, accessories, and rental documents are accounted for.

Step 2: Vehicle Return (During Opening Hours)

If you return the vehicle during the rental station's business hours:

  1. Vehicle In Once the inspection is complete and you agree to the final mileage and condition, the rental will be closed out.
  2. Agreement: Once the inspection is complete and you agree to the final mileage and condition, the rental will be closed out.

Note on Inspection: If you choose not to wait for the inspection, it will be completed without you present. We will notify you via our Head Office if any new damage is identified.

Step 3: Vehicle Return (Outside Opening Hours)

If you return the vehicle outside of business hours:

  1. Documentation: Take detailed photos of the vehicle (inside and out) while it is parked at the rental station. This serves as evidence of the condition upon return.
  2. Key Drop-off: Place the keys and any associated documents into the designated key return box.
  3. Responsibility: You remain responsible for the vehicle until our staff can formally check it in and inspect it during the next opening hours.
