Can I return the vehicle to a different station?

You can return your vehicle to a different Europcar location than the one you picked the vehicle up from, but there are specific conditions and costs involved:

• One-Way Hire Charge: You will be required to pay a "one-way hire" fee. The exact amount is set out in the Tariff Guide or your Rental Agreement.
• Authorisation is Required: If you decide to change your return location after your hire period has already started, you must get authorisation from Europcar in advance. This is because certain branches cannot accept all vehicle types.
• UK Restriction: One-way hires are never permitted outside of the UK. If you leave a vehicle outside of the UK, you will be charged the full cost of repatriating it.
• Amendment Fees: If you modify your booking details during the hire period to change the return location, a "reservation amendment" charge may also apply.
