In view of the current context linked to Covid-19, our teams are mobilized more than ever before. As the leader of the car rental business in Europe, your safety as well as the safety of our employees is at the heart of our concerns.

This is why we are strictly following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and those of the national health authorities in the countries where we operate, in order to allow you to drive with peace of mind.

As a consequence, we have reinforced our standard vehicule cleaning procedure between each rental, including methodical use of disinfectant agents.

We have also adapted our conditions to deliver you the best services, with the level of flexibility that we pride ourselves in providing.

We kindly ask you to keep up to date with the latest events and recommendations for action with the local health authorities.

Europcar provides both flexible adjustment or cancellation free of charge for all of our customers. We have extended our free of charge modification and cancellation policy to your current or future reservation for any pick-up until 31st of May 2020.
