Is there mileage limit for my rental?
Most of our rentals come with unlimited mileage, especially for short-term bookings—but this can vary depending on the vehicle type, rental duration, and the country where you're renting.
You’ll find all mileage details clearly shown:
- When selecting your vehicle on our website
- By asking our team in branch or through our reservation center
To help you plan better, here are the specific mileage conditions for rentals in the United Kingdom:
Standard Cars
- Rentals up to 20 days: enjoy unlimited mileage with no extra charges.
- Rentals of 21 days or more: you’ll choose from a daily mileage allowance of 30, 90, or 120 miles, selected at the time of pick-up.
- Mileage is averaged over the rental period.
- If you exceed your total allowance, an extra mileage charge will apply per mile.
Example:
If you rent for 30 days and drive 2,750 miles with a 90-mile/day allowance: 30 days × 90 miles/day = 2,700 miles included
You’ll be charged for 50 extra miles.
Vans
- Rentals up to 20 days: unlimited mileage applies—no extra cost.
- Rentals of 21 days or more: choose a daily mileage allowance of 30, 90, or 120 miles, just like with cars. Extra charges apply if you exceed the allowance, based on total miles driven.
