Terms and Conditions

1. *Offer valid in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Australia and United Kingdom.
2. The applicable discount for online bookings is up to 40% on prepaid and/or no-prepaid rates for all Europcar customers, via this specific webpage using their Privilege ID. The discount is applicable to all categories of vehicles, except restriction mentioned below. The percentage of discount is calculated on the basis of the non-reduced price (i.e. the reference price) – checking the same selection criteria (eg: dates, destination, vehicles, etc…)
3. Offer is valid for bookings made from 21st December 2018 to 20th January 2019 and for rentals made from 2nd January to 31st March 2019.
4. Specific conditions apply for this offer.
5. Belgium: 20% discount for a minimum of 3 rental days. Offer not available for certain vehicle categories.
6. Spain: 30% discount.
7. Germany: 20% discount. Offer not available the 01 and 02 of January 2019 in Munich Airport.
8. France: 25% discount. Franchisees countries and Lyon are excluded from this offer. Offer not available in Toulouse, Nice, and Geneva for pick-ups between 13th and 23rd of February. Additional dates for Nice from 13th to 15th March (excluded from offer).
   Offer only available for 5 to 29 rental days.
9. Portugal: 25% discount.
10. Italy: 20% discount.
11. Ireland: 15% discount.
12. Denmark: 20% discount.
13. United Kingdom: Up to 40% discount for pick-ups from 1st January until 30th September 2019. Offer not available between the 18.04.2019 - 22.04.2019. Highest discount of 40% for rentals between 5 and 13 days length in regional airports and Scotland for pick-ups between 01/02/2019 - 30/09/2019.
14. Australia: 20% discount for a minimum of 5 rental days. Offer not available between 01.02 and 05.02.2019 in all Australia. Offer not availabale in Victoria between 22.02 and 03.03.2019.
15. Offer subject to vehicles availability.
16. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or special offer.
17. The percentage of reduction is calculated on the basis of the non-reduced price (i.e. the reference price) – filling in the same selection criteria (eg: dates, destination, vehicles, etc…) on the homepage of the following Europcar Internet website : www.europcar.com. The rate displayed and made available from this page include directly the percentage off.
18. Promotion does not apply on the recommended extras.
