Long Term Car and Van Hire with Europcar offers complete peace of mind with fixed pricing starting from just £335 for 28 days, and includes our Basic protection insurance**. We'll also throw in the road tax*** at no extra cost!

Simply pay a low deposit of £70 and you'll benefit from free Deliver and Collect and
add as many additional drivers as you'd like included within the price.
 
What's more, you'll also get a free valet every 28 days to make sure your car (or van)
remains at the highest standard of cleanliness. Make or model not quite up to your
requirements, or just fancy a change? We're happy to provide you with a new model
every 28 days - as long as you pick within the same vehicle category, there'll be
no difference in cost!
 
With a great choice of monthly mileage allowances of 840, 2,520 and 3,360 miles, you'll
have ultimate flexibility for the duration of your long term car hire. Keep an eye out for

Terms & Conditions

    1. The maximum duration of a single long term rental agreement is 84 days.

    2. *The rate 'from £335 per 28 days' applies to a mini category vehicle (Fiat 500 or similar) for pick-up from a non-airport location with a monthly mileage allowance of 840 miles where the 28 days have been prepaid . If you make your initial reservation for up to 84 days and you keep the same vehicle, then the 28 day rate (whichever applies for the vehicle you have chosen) will apply to the entire rental period.

    3. **The vehicle will be covered by our Basic Protection package. This includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver covers and third party liability insurance which is subject to an excess amount that is determined by the type of car you hire. You can reduce that excess by purchasing either our Premium or Medium Protection products at discounted rates (see section 26 of the Terms and Conditions of Hire (‘T&Cs’) for further details of the Protection products and the Tariff Guide for the associated costs and excess amounts which start at £1000).

    4. Hires are subject to availability and driver qualification (see section 2 of the T&Cs)

    5. Mileage restrictions apply. Mileage restrictions apply. There are 3 different mileage allowance bands for Europcar Long Term Hire: 840 miles per 28 days, 2520 miles per 28 days and 3360 miles per 28 days. Additional mileage over these allowances will be charged at £0.20 (inc VAT) per mile.

    6. Europcar's T&Cs will apply to your long term hire. If any of the details in the T&Cs conflict with these Long Term Rental terms and conditions then these Long Term Rental terms and conditions will apply.
