1. What do I need to bring with me when I arrive to collect my car hire?

The most important things to remember are your driving licence (both parts in the case of a UK licence) and a credit card to secure against your rental. You should also bring along another form of ID with your home address on it (such as a utilities bill), in case it's required and visitors from outside the UK may also need to present their passport.

The Emergency Assistance number is available to use at all times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so if ever you get into difficulty with a Europcar vehicle, all you need to do is call this number and our trained team of experts will be there to help.
