With freeDeliver, you can save an hour in your day.
What you do with that hour, is up to you.
Think what you could do with an extra hour in your day. If you’re planning a trip of two days or more, and you're within 15 miles of one of our branches, we'll save you time by delivering and collecting your car. FreeDeliver is available on all hire cars, including our Prestige from Europcar range.
Step 1: Choose and book
Choose a car, then call us on 0871 384 9950 or use our call back form to arrange a call back. Try to have your credit card and licence to hand so we can take your booking.
Step 2: Delivery
We’ll be in touch 24 hours before delivery to confirm your booking and on the day to let you know we’re on our way. When our driver arrives, they’ll show you round the car before handing over the keys.
Step 3: Collection
Again, we’ll be in touch 24 hours before collection and when we’re on our way. Our driver will check the car over before taking it away.

Any of the cars from our standard or Prestige ranges are included. However, if you need van delivery, we’ve got a great service to help you with this too. - 2What if I don’t live within 15 miles of a Europcar hire branch?

To qualify for freeDeliver, you’ll need to hire a car for two days or more. However, we offer a service for those who are only taking a car for one day – you can read more here. - 4Can you deliver to my work address?
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to a business address. However, we can collect from any address, business or personal. - 5Can I combine freeDeliver with other services?
Of course! freeDeliver is available with Hire Rewards and our Prestige from Europcar range. - 6What happens when you deliver my car?
When our driver arrives, they’ll show you round the car and answer any questions you might have before handing over the keys. - 7What happens when you collect my car?
Our driver will arrive to check the car over and take it away.
