Why was the amount charged not what I expected?
If you notice that your returned deposit is lower than expected, it could be due to charges for fuel, tolls, or other services as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. These charges will be clearly listed on your rental invoice.
If You Booked Through the Europcar Website:
You can view your invoice, including any charges, in the Manage My Bookings section of our website. It will be available within 48 hours of your rental return.
If You Booked Through a Third-Party Provider:
- Your initial pre-paid invoice will be sent to you directly by the provider.
- Any additional charges or purchases made at the station, such as for fuel or tolls, will be detailed on your Eurpcar additional invoice, which can be accessed on the Europcar website after your return.
