How can I receive a copy of my invoice?

1. Invoice Issuing Timeline

Your final invoice will be issued and sent to you following the return of the vehicle.

  • Standard Timeline: The invoice is typically issued within a maximum of 3 business days following the vehicle return.
  • Extended Timeline: This period may be extended if new damages, late return, or other additional charges are identified during the final return inspection.

2. Receiving Your Invoice

Your invoice is made available through two channels:

The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address used for the booking.


Online Download

You can download the invoice directly from our website for up to 6 months after its issue date.



3. How to Download Your Invoice Online

To retrieve your invoice online, go to the "Manage Your Booking" page and follow these steps:

  1. Enter the email address used for the booking (or your name).
  2. Enter your reservation number.
  3. Click the "Download Invoice" button.

4. Special Note for Third-Party Bookings (Crucial)

If you made your booking through a third party (e.g., a travel agent, broker, or comparison site):

  • Main Invoice: The third party is responsible for providing you with the invoice for the main rental charges. Please contact the third-party partner directly.
  • Europcar Invoices: Europcar will only issue a separate invoice directly to you for any additional charges (e.g., for damage, administrative fees, late returns, etc.) that occurred during the rental.
