Standard Booking – "Or Similar"
When you choose a vehicle by category (e.g. Economy, Compact, Intermediate), you'll receive a car within that class. While we cannot guarantee the exact make and model, we ensure the vehicle meets the category’s standards in size, comfort, and luggage capacity.
- Look for: "Or similar" in the vehicle description
- Example: If you book a Compact category, you might receive a Ford Focus, Vauxhall Crossland, or another similar vehicle from the same class.
Premium Brand Guaranteed
This option guarantees you’ll receive a vehicle from a top-tier brand such as Audi, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz. While the exact model may vary, every car in this selection offers the premium quality, style, and performance associated with these brands.
- Look for: "Premium Brand Guaranteed" in the vehicle description
- Example: You might receive a BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, or Audi A4, depending on availability at the time of pick-up.
Model Choice – What You See Is What You Get
Want a specific car? With our Model Choice option, you can reserve a particular make and model, and we guarantee you’ll receive that exact vehicle.
Important: This option is only available at selected locations and for a limited range of models.
