How the pick-up works
- Once at the key dispenser open the weblink and enter the location ID or pin code
- Take the key, close the box
- Go to the car park and find your car
Are you eligible to use the key dispenser?
You can use this service if you're a business customer who travels through Airports or Railway stations and you have hired in the last year.
You will need to make sure all your personal data and relevant documents are up to date in your Europcar account. Log into your account and check:
- You have a valid Driver ID and your driving licence details are correct
- Your email address and mobile phone number is current and correct
- You have a current and correct method of payment attached to your account
You will need to make your reservation at least 36 hours before you want to pick up the vehicle to use the key dispenser service.
