Q: Delivery & Collection Addresses:

<ul><li>Delivery &amp; Collection is available from a home, work, or hotel address. If we deliver to:<ul><li>Your home address: The address must match both the payment card billing address and your driving licence address. You must be present to accept delivery of the vehicle and sign the Rental Agreement.</li><li>Your business address or a hotel (not available for Selection vehicles): You must provide 24 working hours&#39; notice. Proof of your home address is required, as well as proof of employment at the business address or guest status at the hotel. You must be present to accept delivery of the vehicle and sign the Rental Agreement.</li></ul></li><li>If you cannot provide the required information, we may refuse to leave the vehicle or ask you to complete the transaction at a Europcar Branch.</li><li>If the vehicle is collected from a different address than the delivery address, a one-way charge may apply, depending on the distance from the original hire location. Delivery & Collection Availability:

Available at all UK Europcar branches excluding all airports, Bolton, Leeds City, London Woodford Green, London Enfield, London Croydon and Manchester Trafford Park. Reading, Preston & Sheffield stations are unable to deliver to hotel or business addresses.
Delivery & Collection is only available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. It is not available on Sundays.
Delivery & Collection must be booked at the time of reservation.
Delivery will be made within a 1-hour time frame agreed at the time of booking. Collection will be within a 2-hour time frame based on your selected time.

Delivery & Collection Booking Notice Periods:

Any delivery or collection required within 48 hours of booking will be subject to a £5 additional charge.
Minimum booking notice for car delivery: 2 working hours
Minimum booking notice for van delivery: 4 working hours
Minimum booking notice for selection vehicle delivery: 48 working hours
All bookings will be confirmed by the Europcar Branch, so please provide an accurate contact number. This includes confirmation of the delivery and collection times.
We will deliver the vehicle within 1 hour of the agreed time.
We will collect the vehicle within a 2-hour time frame based on the time you selected during booking.

Delivery & Collection Fuel:

The vehicle will leave the local Europcar Station with a full tank of fuel. You are responsible for the fuel used during delivery. Unless you have opted for the Full Tank Option, you must ensure the vehicle has a full tank of fuel upon collection.
Collection within 5 miles of the local Europcar Station: No charge for fuel used.
Collection beyond 5 miles: You will be charged for all fuel used for the collection of the vehicle according to our refuelling policy.
