How does it work?
How to book
Book online. Choose Delivery & Collection and then select your dates, time and vehicle.
Documentation
Have your driving licence and company ID to hand on the day of your hire.
On the day
You'll receive a text message confirming the vehicle's make and model and an estimated time of arrival.
Arrival
On arrival you will be asked to check all details are correct, including mileage, vehicle condition and tyre pressure.
Assistance on the road
Need support during your hire? The Europcar Assistance tool offers incident, breakdown and vehicle support on the road, so we're always there for you if things don't go to plan.
