Terms and conditions
(1) Privilege Members will benefit from a faster vehicle pick-up process, provided they proceed to an advance booking online and that their profile is complete and up-to-date, or they have completed their online check-in before pick up time.
(2) This free weekend rental is only applicable when upgrading from a tier level to another. Programme benefits apply to all bookings made directly with Europcar.
(3) Rentals which count for this reward are rentals made on public rates. Rentals on promotional rates or corporate/partnership negotiated rates are not counted towards this reward benefits.
(4) Free upgrades are subject to fleet availability. The free upgrade offer cannot be used on Vans and trucks nor in conjunction with any free weekend. Maximum rental duration when using a car upgrade is 14 rental days.
(5) The free weekend rental after 3 rentals and the coupon are applicable once per calendar year, whatever the change in the Privilege tier level.
