I need to retrieve my invoice. What should I do?
You can easily download a copy of your final invoice online if you booked directly with us.
1. Third-Party Bookings
If you made your reservation through a third party (e.g., a travel agent or broker):
- The third party is responsible for providing you with the invoice for the main rental charges.
- Europcar will only issue a separate invoice directly to you for additional charges (like fuel, damage, or fees) incurred at the station. This supplementary invoice can still be downloaded using the steps below.
2. Online Invoice Retrieval (Europcar Direct Bookings)
To access your invoice instantly, your rental must meet the following criteria:

- Go to the “Manage my booking” section on our website.
- Enter the email address or name used for the booking.
- Enter your reservation number.
- Click the “Download invoice” button.
