Terms & Conditions

    1. The maximum duration of a single long term rental agreement is 84 days. If you would like the car for longer, you must sign a new long term rental agreement.
    2. Selection Long Term applies to the following models: Jaguar F-Pace (GFJR), Jaguar XJ (XDJR), Jaguar XF (LDJR), Mercedes GLE Coupe (LGVR), Mercedes GLE 350 D 4MATIC AMG (LFGR), Mercedes GLE 350 D Coupe AMG (LGGR), Mercedes S Class (XDGR), Mercedes SLK (PNGR) and the Mercedes CLS 3 (XCGR).
    3. If you make your initial reservation for up to 84 days and you keep the same vehicle, then the 28 day rate (whichever applies for the vehicle you have chosen) will apply to the entire rental period.
    4. **The vehicle will be covered by our Basic Protection package. This includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver covers and third party liability insurance which is subject to an excess amount that is determined by the type of car you hire. You can reduce that excess by purchasing either our Selection or Medium Protection products at discounted rates (see section 26 of the Terms and Conditions of Hire (‘T&Cs’) for further details of the Protection products and the Tariff Guide for the associated costs and excess amounts which start at £2000).
    5. Hires are subject to availability and driver qualification (see section 2 of the T&Cs).
    6. Mileage restrictions apply. Selection vehicles are limited to 2,100 miles per 28 days. Additional mileage over this allowance will be charged at £0.15 (incl VAT) per additional mile.
    7. Europcar's T&Cs will also apply to your long term hire however if any clauses are seen to be in conflict with the above, then these specific Long Term Rental T&Cs will take precedent.
    8. ***Vehicle road tax/fund licence is included in the 28 day rate.
