Privilege Elite

Every two years on your last status update, we reassess your tier level based on your rentals and rental days  to ensure that it meets your needs. To advance to the next level or maintain your current membership level, you must complete or maintain the required number of rentals or rental days before your tier level expiry date.

Club to Executive: 10 rentals or 40 rental days

Executive to Elite: 25 rentals or 85 rental days

Elite to Elite VIP: 40 rentals or 130 rental days

(1) Privilege Members will benefit from a faster vehicle pick-up process, provided they proceed to an advance booking online and that their profile is complete and up-to-date, or they have completed their online check-in before pick up time.

(2) This free weekend rental is only applicable when upgrading from a tier level to another.

(3) Free upgrades are subject to fleet availability. The free upgrade offer cannot be used on vans and trucks nor in conjunction with any free weekend. Maximum rental duration when using a car upgrade is 14 rental days.

(4) The free weekend rental after 3 rentals and the coupon are applicable once per calendar year, whatever the change in the Privilege tier level.
