I forgot my Europcar membership nr. What can I do?
Please check your Europcar Privilege card: you will find your number under "ID" on the front of the card. Alternatively you can find it under "Driver ID" on your last Europcar rental invoice. Otherwise please contact us supplying your surname, first name , date of birth, and your driving licence number or call your local Reservation centre.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you have not changed your online password, please enter your date of birth which will be in either one of the following formats: dd/mm/yyyy or ddmmyyyy. If you have already changed your password and are unable to remember it, you should also have entered a secret question/answer : please click on the link "Forgot your password" once you are on the rental information page and you will be asked to supply the answer to your secret question before being provided with your password. Make sure you close the password pop up once you have read it. You may also send an e-mail to webmaster@mail.europcar.com indicating your date of birth, Europcar ID number and Driving Licence.
How do I change my password?
'Login' to the Reservation service with your current password. Then click on "My Profile" and you can update your password and rental preferences.
