Europcar customers are the first to be given the chance to rent the most up to date satellite navigation system available on the market when hiring a vehicle with Europcar. The iPAQ navigation system brings together the latest in GPS hardware and navigation software to provide the best and most advanced navigation experience.
Long gone are the dangerous days of having to drive and map read at the same time. With this sophisticated system, you simply type in where you want to go and a voice will guide you to your destination with turn-by-turn directions. If you miss a turning, the system automatically re-routes you ensuring you get to your destination as quickly, safely and stress-free as possible!
Europcar navigation system also holds information on the nearest petrol stations, hotels, restaurants and hospitals wherever you happen to be in the UK, and at a cost of just £11.75 per day (or less if you hire for four days or more), it could prove to be the best money ever spent.
The satellite navigation system is portable and therefore fits in any car and any pocket! It is available for hire with any Europcar vehicle throughout the UK and can be booked when making a normal reservation.
Europcar staff are fully trained to give the customer a full demonstration of the system. An information pack is also given to all customers including further details and a telephone help-line - should it be needed - is available from 8am to 9pm.
