Delivery and collection of your hire car is available Monday to Friday 09.00 - 18.00, on Saturday 09.00 - 13.00.
24 hours before your delivery time, we'll ring you to confirm the details. When we deliver your car, all drivers will need to be present as well as the person who paid for the hire with their credit card. Your hire car will be delivered in an agreed one-hour window.
And as we're setting off we'll call you and let you know the name of our Delivery Agent who will be delivering your car and the make and model of the car, as well as the estimated time of arrival to your door.
When our Delivery Agent arrives, they'll show you round the car and answer any questions you might have. Once you've signed for your hire, (don't forget to have your Driving Licence and your credit card to hand) they'll hand over the keys.
