If you need a car for a day, or want to hire a van, or hire in a remote location, don't worry, we can still deliver and collect your vehicle with our weDeliver service. With pricing starting at just £10 each way.
How does weDeliver work?
Find the car or van you want on our site and fill out a few details on our call-back form. Or, if you'd prefer, call our Reservations Team on 0871 384 1087*.
One of Reservation Agents will then call you back. During our opening times (Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00 and Saturday 09.00 - 13.00) we aim to call back within 30 minutes. As well as taking the details of the vehicle and the time you'd like to have it delivered, you'll also have the opportunity to add Sat Nav, Child Seats, Additional Drivers or zero excess Risk Reduction Cover. If you're happy with your booking, our Reservation Agent will confirm all the details during the call, and your credit card charged in full for the hire.
24 hours before your delivery time, we'll ring you to confirm your details. And as we're setting off we'll call you and let you know the name of our Delivery Agent who will be delivering your vehicle and the make and model of the vehicle, as well as the estimated time of arrival to your door.
When our Delivery Agent arrives, they'll show you round the car and answer any questions you have. Once you've signed for your hire (don't forget to have your Driving Licence and your credit card to hand) they'll hand over the keys.
24 hours before your collection time, we'll ring you to confirm the arrangements for picking up your hire vehicle. We can collect from your home, business or hotel address - or if it's more convenient you can even drop your car off at one of our 180 Europcar locations in the UK. When we're setting off to collect your car, we'll text you to let you know we're on our way, and the name of our Delivery Agent who will collect your hire vehicle.
When our Delivery Agent arrives, after showing their Europcar ID we'll give the vehicle a check over with you before driving it away.
