Collecting your car
24 hours before your collection time, we'll ring you to confirm the arrangements for picking up the hire car. We can collect from your home, business, or hotel address - or if it's more convenient you can even drop off your hire car to your nearest Europcar location.
When we're setting off to collect your car, we'll call you and let you know we're on our way. We'll also tell you the estimated time we're going to arrive, and the name of our Delivery Agent.
When our Delivery Agent arrives, after showing their Europcar ID, we'll give the vehicle a check over with you before driving it away.
