If you would like to book Airport Arrive and Drive simply add the product to your booking by clicking on the add extras button at stage 2 of the booking process and we will take care of the rest.

When you flight's landed at Heathrow T1 or T5. You've stood patiently in line at baggage reclaim and then again at passport control. You're more than ready to slip into your hire car and get on with your journey. Ready for a spot of queue jumping?

With Arrive and Drive we'll have your car ready and waiting for you just outside the Arrivals Hall. For only £20, you'll complete your paperwork at a handy dedicated desk and collect your car just outside the terminal.

This is how it works in detail:

At Terminal 1

• Go to the Europcar desk in Arrivals
• Complete your paperwork and one of our people will take you to your car - parked in a reserved bay on the ground floor of the Terminal 1 car park
• We'll give you a validated ticket so you can exit the car park
• When you're dropping off - just park the car in one of the reserved bays on the ground floor in the Terminal 1 car park
• Take the keys and car park ticket to the Europcar desk in Arrivals (there's a key return box if you are returning out of hours)

At Terminal 5

• Go to the Europcar cabin just outside the terminal, near to the bus stop
• Complete your paperwork and collect your car from the dedicated Europcar parking bay just outside the terminal
